The place was really clean and comfortable - with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great - just a short walk from the historical center. The supermarket right next door was really convenient. The owner was really welcoming and gave us great local insights.
Can recommend.

I had a fantastic experience during my Easter stay! the atmosphere at the hotel was wonderful. It had a cozy and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Secondly, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, which is always a big plus for me. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently close to the city center and there was a supermarket right next door. Plus, I always felt safe, whether it was during the day or at night.
There were a few drawbacks. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

I stayed two nights at The Homestay and was impressed with the location and prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was good communication. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom facilities were clean. Lockers and hangers were provided in the dormitory, although I would have liked to see hangers and a mirror in the private room. Just a note, there is no elevator in the building, which may be tough for some guests. Check out is at 11, not at 10.
Can recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Homestay - in the heart of the city. the host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. There were two well-equipped kitchens available, allowing me to easily cook my own meals. the host also provided valuable recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and shops in town. If I ever find myself back in this area, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: For us, it was an ideal stay! 😊.

The view from LEOHOME was divine! The Italian breakfast was a delightful start to the day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Oh, the noise! It was like a symphony of chaos - street noise, common areas, even the bathroom!

The quadruple room at The Homestay in Arezzo was a great choice for us. It had everything we needed, like a washing machine for our sweaty biking clothes and a tea and coffee maker to kickstart our mornings. The private bathroom with a bath or shower was also a plus. we felt comfortable and well-equipped.
The only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the shared bathroom in the dormitory room. It's just a personal preference, but others might still find it convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Casa Es Tu Casa in Arezzo. The homestay had a cozy and warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The dorm and kitchen were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved that double duvets were provided for each guest. The balconies around the house offered lovely views. The cleanliness of the place was excellent, and we appreciated that the hosts, Leonardo and Filippo, were always available and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, and having a supermarket right next door was convenient for our budget. The breakfast voucher for a nearby pasticceria was a nice touch. we highly recommend this homestay to both tourists and short-term workers/students alike. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as shared bathrooms and kitchen, and occasional maintenance issues, the value for the price was great, and the central location and helpful hosts made our stay enjoyable.
